Stephen LaFrenie

Stephen has performed, written/created, and taught physical theatre for over 40 years. He has toured across Canada, to Spain, Australia, France, Hungary, Jamaica, Haiti, and the U.S. His television/theatre credits include the role of Beaverton Beaver in ‘Elliot Moose’ with Nelvana Productions and school touring across Canada in Mask Messenger with Faustwork Mask Theatre. Stephen’s outreach work includes workshops for prisoners and students/actors with disabilities. He has volunteered in the communities of Trench Town in Kingston, Jamaica, and Cité Soleil in Port au Prince, Haiti. Learning to cook at an early age, the kitchen has always been a place of joy and creativity.
